Product Introduction:

The QJZ-120/1140(660) mining explosion-proof and intrinsically safe vacuum electromagnetic starter (hereinafter referred to as the starter) is designed for starting and stopping standalone equipment in underground coal mines. It features strong adaptability and can be matched with motors of various models with voltage grades of 380 V, 660 V and 1140 V and a maximum rated current up to 400 A. It implements various protection functions and logic control for the power supply system.

Product Advantages:

The protector of the starter adopts an advanced microprocessor with high-precision data processing and sophisticated protection algorithms, delivering high protection accuracy and fast response. It supports all required internal voltage levels. With special anti-interference treatment, it has strong anti-interference performance and a wide AC input voltage range. It adopts a modular structure together with optimized software and hardware anti-interference design.

The starter provides multiple protection functions including leakage lockout, undervoltage, phase failure, short circuit, overload and gas alarm. Both remote start and local start are available. Reliable isolation measures are applied to its internal input and output circuits, providing sound electrical and safety protection to ensure reliable operation of the control unit and personal safety of operators. Equipped with an integrated protector, the starter offers flexible configuration. It supports Chinese character display for intuitive information reading, facilitating on-site commissioning and simple maintenance.
