1. World-first innovation: It meets the construction requirements of the “roof cutting and pressure relief for gob-side entry retaining without coal pillar mining technology” in coal mines, and is used for drilling pre-split roof-cutting holes and auxiliary construction of roof anchor bolts (cables).
2. Superior hole-forming quality: Dual drill booms brace the roof to stabilize the rig. Hydraulic holders guide drill rods, and large-diameter drill rods are adopted. This effectively guarantees hole quality. The holes are straight and convenient for loading directional blasting energy-gathering tubes.
3. Adjustable drilling angles: Both drill booms are equipped with adjustment mechanisms for lateral swing along the mining panel direction, and both drill rigs are fitted with parallel swing mechanisms for swing along the roadway strike direction. It effectively ensures penetrating cracks form between adjacent holes after directional blasting.
4. Holes arranged in a straight line: The lateral travelling mechanism drives each drill boom separately to align all holes on a straight line, enabling the roof to cave along the pre-split cutting line.
5. High drilling efficiency: The two drill rigs can work independently or synchronously. Equipped with high-torque motors, the drilling efficiency is improved.
6. Labor reduction: One operator can handle one drill rig (including connecting and removing drill rods) to finish the entire drilling operation.
